Rajdeep Singh Jolly is the founder and owner of R.S. Jolly Consulting LLC. Raj started his career in the banking industry, serving as associate counsel for a commercial bank in Miami, Florida. In 2008, Raj left the private sector to pursue justice for victims of hate crimes and discrimination in the post-9/11 environment. As a civil rights advocate, he led successful campaigns to expand federal hate crime tracking; secure Congressional support for religious freedom in the U.S. Armed Forces; and pass legislation in Oregon and California to protect religious minorities from employment discrimination.
Raj has published or been quoted over 50 times in newspapers and academic journals; appeared on over 20 television and radio programs; and delivered more than 30 presentations and speeches in the United States, Indonesia, Greece, Spain, Macedonia, and Bulgaria. Born and raised in South Florida, he earned an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Miami, a law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, and a certificate in forensic accounting from the American University Kogod School of Business.
